This term, our Year 7 Dance classes had the privilege of taking part in an Indigenous Dance Workshop with Matt Burns. They listened about the Quandamooka peoples stories from Stradbroke Island and their histories. They learned about the animals, their totems, their ceremonies and so much more. The students were so respectful in their interactions with Mr Burns and we thank him for continuing his connection with Carmel College Dance for so many years. Well done Year 7 students!
