I would like to congratulate Ms Desiree Anderson, a valuable member of the Design and Technology team who was invited back by Griffith University (Education Faculty) to present to this year’s graduating Education students on the vital aspects of ‘Lesson Preparation’, ‘Creating a successful and conducive learning environment’ and ‘Managing for diverse learning needs”. Prior to beginning her vocation in education, Desiree was employed as a graphic designer and was able to combine these past experiences with her successful classroom practices for a very insightful and engaging presentation. The feedback I received was how valuable Desiree’s presentation was and they are looking forward having her return next year!
